Each participant will complete an A3 problem-solving project, applying lean methodologies to real-world challenges for a hands-on, transformative learning experience.

Learners have access to experienced instructors for feedback, guidance, and support throughout the course. With flexible pacing and up to 12 months to complete the training, participants will graduate as Certified Lean Practitioners—equipped with a lean manufacturing certificate and 6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Course Objectives
